Consulting and development

The sooner the better:
Get our design team on board.

You know that every industry and every project presents new, special requirements - and that we master them as a team.

We are happy to advise you personally and in detail and work with you to find a solution that fits in every respect - from the selection of the aluminium alloy to the series product.

Feasibility studies

Let us calculate, analyse and optimise for you.

Our feasibility study provides information on the conditions under which you can achieve a technically and economically optimised solution.

  • Mould filling and solidification simulations

  • Utilisation of die casting technology

  • Binding design recommendations

  • Modelling in Creo and Solid Edge

  • Assurance of guaranteed component properties

  • Creation of view and functional samples

  • Integration of functional geometries into your component

  • Modular mould design for variant generation

Construction

Proper planning and design is a prerequisite for the longevity of your products.

The materials used are of crucial importance here.

We recommend customised alloys with a property profile that enables maintenance-free designs with high functionality, consistent quality and a reasonable cost-performance ratio.

On request, we are happy to create a prototype in sand casting or by 3D printing.

Do you already have an existing series mould?

As an experienced aluminium die-casting foundry, we offer you the option of seamlessly integrating existing tools into our production.

Production

Our employees are the key to high-quality, efficient
manufacturing processes.

They program, control, maintain and monitor the systems and machines for aluminium die casting technology - including our modern, fully automated casting cells. A demanding and challenging task.

The entire production process is subject to continuous testing - starting with the spectral analysis of the raw material, through X-ray inspection during production, to the measurement of the products using 3D coordinate measuring machines.

As a family business, we are particularly proud of the fact that many employees have been with our company for a long time and have acquired an irreplaceable wealth of experience.

Processing

We offer you a wide range of processing and finishing methods for your projects.

Aluminium is known as a versatile material and can therefore be processed in many different ways.

This means that component properties required for the function, such as shape and bearing tolerances, flatness and roughness, which cannot be achieved by the casting process, can be realised by machining such as drilling, thread cutting, turning, milling and countersinking.

To give your component the right lustre, we also offer a wide range of surface finishing processes.

Vibratory grinding technology

During vibratory finishing or barrel finishing, the machine, grinding wheel, compound and water work together.

The rotating movements of the vibrating container cause trowal stones to act as grinding tools and produce a smooth and perfectly rounded surface on the cast parts.

A total of two Rösler long trough systems and four round systems are in constant use in our production.
