Allrounder aluminium

Aluminium - for customised properties

Aluminium is a light metal. Nevertheless, aluminium alloys have strengths comparable to steel - and at only a third of its density.
In addition, aluminium is one of the most recyclable metals. Among many other reasons, this makes aluminium an attractive raw material for your projects.

Aluminium is particularly suitable for:

Recycling, as it can be reused as often as required

Narrow cross-sections and intricately shaped components

Lightweight constructions with standard and special alloys

Wide range of design options

Our variety of aluminium alloys

We use alloys to control the properties of aluminium, especially its strength. You can find out which alloys we use and what they can be used for here. Let's talk about the right material composition for your component.

Alloy

226 D

EN AC-46000 | AlSi9Cu3(Fe)
General properties

Very easy to cast universal alloy. Characterised by less tendency to collapse and internal shrinkage. Very good machinability. Good strength properties, high thermal conductivity.

Possible uses

Versatile alloy, also for thin-walled and complex geometries.

Utilisation of secondary material

In order to act in an ecologically and economically responsible manner, we only use recycled aluminium - for a more sustainable future.

Secondary material not only protects the environment, but also has no negative impact on the quality of our products. A recycling cycle that works indefinitely.
